Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong experience in Node.js and exposure to AI/LLM-based applications. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, integrating AI services/models, and developing high-performance APIs for modern applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js .
• Build and optimize REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Work on AI/LLM integrations such as OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, or AI-powered workflows.
• Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and AI/ML teams for end-to-end feature development.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG, chatbots, AI agents, etc. ).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
