Senior Backend Software Engineer - Core Domain

Satispay in Milan is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to help build the backbone of our payment platform. You will design and evolve core services such as the Transaction Ledger, IAM, and Payment Orchestration, ensuring high performance and scalability for product teams.

Scale risk and financial engines with real-time fraud detection and bank integration components. Provide cross-team technical leadership and produce documentation for stakeholders. Foster engineering excellence through testing strategies and safe rollouts. Mentor and develop junior engineers to accelerate development cycles. At least 5 years of backend software engineering experience with microservices and cloud environments. Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot and distributed systems.
