Launchpad is a Worldpay application designed to streamline merchant onboarding. It collects all necessary merchant details, enabling businesses to quickly start accepting credit card payments and settle transactions on the Worldpay platform. Launchpad includes both a user‑friendly UI and robust API components to support seamless integration.

What you’ll own

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Validation, Spring Modulith, and related technologies, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define API standards, integration patterns, application architecture, and development best practices.

Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code using modern testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito, while actively participating in code reviews.

Troubleshoot complex application issues and drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability, and overall system health.

Create and maintain technical documentation, contribute to architectural discussions, and communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
