Senior BI / Data Analyst
Summary
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, analyze large datasets with SQL, and translate business needs into data-driven insights for a multinational client.
At K-LAGAN, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join a long-term international project with one of our clients, a leading multinational company with a strong data-driven culture.

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams.
- Support ETL processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of data models and reporting capabilities.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Experience working with ETL processes and large datasets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, or similar cloud-based data solutions is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional level of English.
