point testing, and performance assessments.
•Installed, configured, and resolved issues with BMS controllers
including Honeywell JACE8000, PC200, CPNX, and Siemens PXC24,
ensuring smooth system integration and reliable field operation.
•Expertise in Tridium Niagara, including creating graphics and
reusable templates, developing schedules, and utilizing tools such as
Program Service and Palette, along with various advanced power tools
to enhance efficiency and productivity.
•Designed and modified control logic and user interfaces using
Tridium Niagara, Siemens Insight, and ComfortPoint Studio to deliver
intuitive and efficient system control and monitoring.
•Commissioned HVAC and electrical systems by validating field
devices, calibrating sensors, and verifying communication protocols
(BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP) across diverse vendor platforms.
•Installed and configured Fortinet routers to enable secure remote
access and led successful migrations of BMS infrastructure to cloud-
based servers for improved scalability and accessibility.
•Delivered ongoing service support, including preventive maintenance,
diagnostics, and fault resolution, to ensure BMS systems operated
efficiently with minimal downtime for clients.
