We are seeking a proactive, customer-centric Senior Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative with a proven track record to join our team and bring the principles of Danish living to our clientele.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative, you will be the face of UpfrontLiving. You will guide homeowners, parents, architects and interior designers through an immersive, consultative shopping experience, helping them curate serene, functional spaces rooted in the Danish design tradition.
Showroom & Sales Operations
Deliver a high-touch, consultative sales experience to welcome showroom guests and close sales effectively.
Demonstrate deep product knowledge across our curated Danish collections—spanning modular storage, convertible living and bedroom systems, ergonomic desks, and custom solid wood pieces.
Articulate the hallmark tenets of Danish design: honest materials, minimalist functionality, ergonomic comfort, and certified safety standards.
Conduct 3D space-planning consultation sessions to help clients visualize customized furniture configurations tailored to their floor plans.
Prepare clear proposals and quotations, promptly addressing client inquiries in person, via WhatsApp, and over the phone.
Brand & Customer Experience
Serve as an advocate for authentic Danish design heritage, educating clients on the craftsmanship, longevity, and sustainability behind every piece.
Maintain showroom visual merchandising to reflect the clean, cohesive aesthetic essential to a premier Danish furniture showroom.
Cultivate lasting relationships with homeowners, architects, and interior designers to build loyalty and drive referral business.
