Senior Brand Designer | Web & Design Systems (8-month contract)

Leads web brand design projects and maintains scalable design systems for marketing websites, collaborating closely with developers to ensure visually cohesive, technically feasible, and high-converting digital experiences.
We are looking for a Senior Web Brand Designer who combines exceptional brand design craft with deep expertise in designing scalable marketing websites and collaborating closely with developers. This is not a product design role. We are looking for someone who has led complex web brand initiatives and understands how design systems support scalable digital experiences.
As a core member of the Brand Design Team, you will play a key role in evolving our digital brand presence while ensuring every web experience balances visual excellence, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end web brand design projects, from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality execution across every digital touchpoint.
Partner closely with developers to deliver responsive, accessible, and technically feasible web experiences.
Own and evolve our web design system, maintaining scalable components, design tokens, variables, and reusable patterns that support efficient implementation.
Ensure consistency across websites, landing pages, email templates, and digital campaigns while maintaining brand integrity.
Design high-converting landing pages and marketing experiences that balance business goals, user experience, and visual excellence.
Collaborate with Brand, Growth Marketing, CRM, and Engineering teams throughout the entire design process.
Leverage AI-powered design tools and rapid prototyping to accelerate ideation and improve creative workflows.
What We’re Looking For (Must have):
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field
Strong professional experience designing marketing websites, landing pages, and digital brand experiences.
Proven experience leading web brand design projects from concept to launch.
Experience building, evolving, or maintaining web-focused Design Systems, including components, variables, design tokens, and scalable design patterns.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, understanding responsive behavior, accessibility, and technical implementation constraints.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Libraries.
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional web brand design, scalable digital experiences, and conversion-focused marketing work.
Professional proficiency in English - you'll use it every day!
Nice to have:
Experience in SaaS, technology companies, startups, or digital agencies.
Experience with HubSpot, Frontify, or other marketing platforms.
Experience designing modular email templates.
Knowledge of CRO, SEO, web performance, and marketing analytics.
Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows.
Experience contributing to brand strategy or broader business initiatives.
Additional Information
Employment type: CLT Temporary full-time contract (8 month) - with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role, depending on business needs and performance;
Remote role based in Brazil;
Working hours: Monday to Friday; Occasional flexibility in working hours is required to support collaboration across European time zones.
