What You Will Work On
- Capture and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements
- Break down requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories
- Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization
- Facilitate backlog refinement
- Ensure requirements are clear, aligned and ready for development
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders
- Perform process mapping and analysis
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams
- Communicate requirements and solutions to both business and technical audiences
- Contribute to AI-assisted development practices
- Help improve development processes and ways of working
- Support increased delivery capacity and shorter lead times
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst
- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and developers
- Strong experience in requirements management
- Experience conducting workshops
- Experience with process mapping
- Experience with Jira or similar tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
- Experience working with AI in software development
- Ability to inspire others to adopt AI-supported ways of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured and self-driven working style
- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
