Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Gather customer requirements.

• Analyze customer requirements from a business perspective.

• Design business flows and wireframe mockups for client presentation.

• Prepare relevant documentation summarizing system details based on requirements (e.g., Functional Specifications, Flow Diagrams, Wireframe Mockup Designs).

• Coordinate with clients to manage UAT and production implementation processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in MIS, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Loan Systems / Core Banking.

• Strong background in financial services, credit/lending operations, and loan system processes.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
