Senior Business Analyst

Salary: ₱78,000 – ₱88,000 per month

About the Role

Join our client as a Senior Business Analyst supporting major enhancements and user adoption of two IT operations products: a management approval system and a board paper library, including integration with sovereign operations systems. You will review and design business processes, elicit functional and non-functional requirements, and support quality assurance as new features roll out.

You will work as an Agile BA with end users, the Scrum team, QA, and IT teams, take instructions from the designated manager in the client’s IT Department, and report to the Project Manager and Product/Project Lead (final reporting line to be confirmed).

What You’ll Do

• Act as the point of contact between IT teams and business stakeholders, and lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to confirm specifications and secure buy-in.

• Run requirements elicitation workshops, analyze data for patterns and insights, and present findings to stakeholders.

• Define and improve business processes in consultation with business users.

• Develop requirements, user stories, and specifications (functional and non-functional) in Azure DevOps for minor and major enhancements.

• Validate test scenarios with QA and assist users with User Acceptance Testing.

• Conduct periodic learning workshops, create training materials, and keep the system knowledge base accurate.

• Work with business, vendor, and technical counterparts, including on system integration.

What You’ll Bring

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or a related course.

• At least 10 years in business analysis, including 5 years in a senior business analysis role.

• At least 5 years in the banking, accounting, or financial services sector.

• At least 7 years designing and documenting business processes.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and Azure DevOps (iterations, user stories, supporting documents).

• Strong training, facilitation, and user adoption experience.

• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills, and excellent written and spoken English.
