About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial Services or Capital Markets to support strategic projects in an international environment.

The professional will be responsible for business requirements analysis, process mapping, functional documentation, and initiatives involving Market Data, Financial Instruments, and Data Governance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, User Stories, and detailed documentation.
• Develop process maps and support solution design activities.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support functional testing, solution validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in Market Data and Data Governance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, operational efficiency, and data quality improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services or Capital Markets.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) for communication in international environments.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of Process Mapping, User Stories, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with UAT and Stakeholder Management.
• Strong understanding of Market Data and Financial Instruments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SQL, Data Analysis, and Data Governance.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, or ICE platforms.
• Previous experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking.

A Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in Financial Services, particularly Capital Markets, and strong knowledge of Market Data and Financial Instruments. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and advanced English proficiency to collaborate effectively in international projects.
