About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support strategic technology initiatives in a Wealth Management environment.

The professional will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into functional requirements, supporting solution delivery, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and refinement sessions.
• Document business and functional requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Perform process analysis, impact assessments, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and refinement activities.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and product teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate implemented solutions.
• Contribute to strategic technology initiatives and continuous process optimization.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven initiatives.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills and experience bridging business and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Business Process Analysis and impact assessments.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation.
• Professional English communication skills for international environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Banking, or FinTech.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Process Mapping, BPMN, or Gap Analysis.
• Knowledge of Data Analysis and SQL.
• Experience with Systems Integration and API Integration.
• Certifications related to Business Analysis or Product Ownership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in technology projects, business requirements analysis, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent analytical and communication skills, experience working with Agile teams, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. Previous exposure to Wealth Management or Financial Services is highly valued.
