Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will analyze banking requirements, translate business needs into T24 functional requirements, and coordinate with technical and business teams throughout implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate requirements into T24 functional specifications.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
- Analyze existing banking processes and recommend improvements.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with T24 technical and functional teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, and implementation.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of business analysis experience.
- Strong banking domain knowledge.
- Experience with T24/Temenos Transact.
- Excellent requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
