We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Banking / Financial Services domain expertise to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience
Hands-on experience in Requirements Gathering & Business Process Analysis
Expertise in Functional Specifications, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
Strong knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with Jira / Rally and backlog management
Hands-on experience coordinating UAT, test cases, and cross-functional teams
Experience with AI-assisted tools for requirement documentation and test case generation, such as Agentforce, OmniStudio, or Katalon AI Assist
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and parallel workstreams
Good to Have:
• Scrum Master / SAFe Agilist / CBAP / CCBA certifications
• MS Project, HP QC, VSTS/TFS
• Wireframing, process visualization, and Design Thinking
