Summary
Senior Business Analyst modernizing and automating large-scale cross-border business processes for an international public-sector European infrastructure organization: building capability maps and E2E workflow blueprints, designing BPMN/UML process models, and running discovery workshops with international stakeholders and engineering teams.
We are looking for Senior Business Analyst international public sector organization (large-scale European infrastructure).
Responsibility:
Modernization, mapping, and E2E automation of distributed cross-border business processes.
Structuring enterprise architecture, eliminating manual operational bottlenecks, and optimizing high-volume data flows.
Ownership:
Analyze and build capability maps and E2E workflow blueprints.
Design precise, production-ready process models using BPMN and UML standards.
Drive technical discovery workshops with international stakeholders and engineering teams.
Elicit, structure, and prioritize complex functional specifications and user stories under formal governance frameworks.
Requirements:
8 years total in IT, with 5+ years exclusively as a Business Analyst in enterprise-level projects.
Expert-level mastery of BPMN / UML notations and enterprise architecture principles.
English: C1 (Advanced).
University degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
