You will be:
- Defining the approach to business analysis within the project, setting the direction and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Participating in large and complex IT projects delivered by geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.
- Contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle – from concept and development to implementation, further growth, and maintenance – often across multiple parallel project streams.
- Co-creating delivery plans and roadmaps, balancing business priorities with project and operational constraints.
- Representing the project team in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, providing the appropriate level of information and influencing business decisions.
- Coordinating collaboration with business stakeholders to identify their actual needs and validate proposed solutions, considering contractual and technological constraints.
- Working closely with UX designers, architects, and development teams, taking responsibility for shaping solutions that meet business needs and are technically feasible.
- Managing analytical complexity within the project by identifying dependencies between modules, processes, and workstreams, ensuring consistency of requirements, and resolving conflicts.
Your profile:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, with a proven track record of driving successful project outcomes across multiple industries,
- Extensive experience in large, complex IT projects, particularly those delivered using agile, hybrid (agile + waterfall), and/or other adaptable methodologies,
- Excellent communication skills, experienced in leading cross-functional meetings, facilitating workshops, and engaging effectively with business stakeholders at all levels,
- Demonstrated ability to select, tailor, and apply analysis tools and methods that align with the unique requirements of each project, ensuring optimal outcomes,
- Solid technical understanding
- Comfortable working with both developers and business teams,
- Familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus, quickly grasps industry-specific processes and terminologies, adapting to various business sectors and providing relevant insights,
- Goal-oriented, independent, and confident, with a proven ability to stay focused and effective in dynamic, rapidly changing project environments,
- Demonstrates strong leadership and ownership skills, fostering collaboration and driving team performance to meet project goals,
- A strategic thinker who can balance business priorities with project constraints, ensuring solutions are both innovative and executable within technical and operational limits,
- Fluent English.
- Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work.
- Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
