Senior Business Analyst - Service Design

Salary: Up to $150k + hybrid + service design focus

About the Opportunity

• Join an exciting Architecture & Analysis team in a high-impact Senior BA role
• Lead structured discovery across complex, cross-business problem areas
• Translate ambiguity into decision-ready insights, options and roadmaps
• Design future-state services/processes that work in real operational settings

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years in senior BA, service design, process design/improvement or similar
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (GM/C-level) without authority
• Strong discovery skills: workshops, problem framing, root cause analysis
• Experience with process/service tools (BPMN, SIPOC, VSM, blueprints, journeys)
• Consulting background or operations-to-tech pathway welcomed
