Senior Business Analyst / Solution Architect

Sobre a função: We are looking for an experienced Certinia Solution Architect / Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, solution design, and platform implementation initiatives, bridging business needs and technical execution across Certinia and Salesforce solutions.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into solution designs, functional specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Act as the primary solution advisor for Certinia implementations, enhancements, and transformation projects.
• Design end-to-end business processes leveraging Certinia and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Configure and administer Certinia applications, or lead teams responsible for configuration, including workflows, security, data structures, automation, and reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend industry best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and integration design.
• Support solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and change management activities.
• Provide guidance on platform governance, scalability, and future-state architecture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, project teams, and executive sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.

Requisitos:

Obrigatórios:

• 6 years of professional experience in business analysis, solution consulting, solution design, or a related role.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce).
• Proven experience with Certinia implementations, configuration, administration, and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of one or more Certinia modules: Professional Services Automation (PSA) ERP / Accounting Billing & Revenue Management Resource Management
• Experience leading requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis workshops.
• Ability to produce high-quality functional specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its security model, reports and dashboards, Flows and automation, and data model design.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.

Valorizados:

• Experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on Certinia transformation projects.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, or Application Architect, or equivalent credentials.
• Certinia certifications or demonstrable implementation experience across relevant modules.
• Knowledge of professional services, project accounting, resource planning, or financial operations processes.
• Experience designing integrations involving ERP, CRM, HR, or external financial systems.
• Experience with platform governance, scalability, and long-term solution architecture.
