Our vision is to unlock the potential of data privacy to empower a thriving digital ecosystem. We work with companies to create a healthy balance between data-driven business and privacy-led marketing for every size of enterprise. Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.

About the Role
Our GTM organization is at an inflection point after reaching more than €100M ARR in 2025. As we scale, our Salesforce ecosystem needs to evolve from a system of record into a true platform for growth – flexible, well-governed and built to support increasingly complex go-to-market motions. You'll be responsible for the technical architecture and long-term health of our Salesforce instance, translating ambitious business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

You'll own the architecture and design standards across our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of CRM architecture, systems integration and revenue operations. You'll collaborate closely with the GTM leadership team, RevOps, Data and Analytics team to ensure our Salesforce platform scales cleanly alongside the business. Your core accountability is simple: design and steward a Salesforce architecture that is scalable, secure and built to last.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture of our Salesforce ecosystem, including data model, security model, sharing rules and integration architecture to support a global, multi-function GTM organisation spanning Self Serve, Partner-Led and High Touch motions.Translate complex business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance into scalable, well-governed technical designs.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, coding conventions and release management best practices across the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack (marketing automation, data enrichment tools, billing, data warehouse) using APIs, middleware and event-driven architecture.
  • Partner with RevOps and the GTM org to evaluate buy vs. build decisions and guide platform-native solutions over custom code wherever possible.
  • Lead technical design reviews, identify risks or technical debt early and ensure solutions are secure, performant and compliant with data governance requirements.
  • Stay at the frontier of the Salesforce ecosystem – continuously evaluate new platform capabilities (Data Cloud, Agentforce, Flow) and bring the right innovations into our architecture roadmap.

Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution engineering or senior Salesforce development roles.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling Salesforce architecture in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Technical Skills

  • Deep fluency in Salesforce architecture fundamentals: data modeling, security/sharing model, Flow, Apex, LWC, and integration patterns.
  • Strong practical experience designing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Workato or similar) and event-driven architecture.
  • Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certification (or equivalent depth of experience) strongly preferred.

Operating Skills

  • Good understanding of core GTM processes (lead-to-cash, renewals, forecasting) to design architecture that reflects how the business actually operates.
  • Strong bias to pragmatic, well-documented design decisions that balance speed with long-term maintainability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams, including the ability to clearly explain architectural trade-offs to business stakeholders.
