Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile programme focused on regulatory change, operational transformation, and organisational redesign.

This contract opportunity will see you working across policy, process, service delivery, and business operations to help translate complex change into practical, implementable outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyse regulatory and policy changes and assess impacts across business processes, procedures, systems, forms, communications, and service delivery models.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document current-state and future-state requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and business solution sessions with stakeholders ranging from frontline users through to senior leaders.
• Define, document, and manage business requirements, including traceability and change control.
• Conduct process analysis and operational design activities to support implementation planning.
• Perform impact assessments and contribute to business readiness and change planning.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex business change, regulatory implementation, or organisational transformation initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process redesign capability.
• Experience conducting impact assessments and translating policy or strategic objectives into operational solutions.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated experience producing high-quality business analysis artefacts, including requirements documentation, business cases, process maps, and implementation plans.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
