  • Conduct business-impact assessments, stakeholder-impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and risk analyses.
  • Analyse complex or ambiguous information from multiple sources and synthesize findings into clear business needs, practical options, and implementable recommendations.
  • Assess existing training approaches and determine opportunities to improve consistency, effectiveness, accessibility, and alignment with the new operating model.
  • Prepare findings, recommendations, decision documents, and supporting materials for project leadership and executive stakeholders.
3. Future-State Planning and Change Management
  • Define future-state training processes and support the transition from current practices to the new training and operating model.
  • Develop transition plans, implementation roadmaps, change-management strategies, adoption plans, and implementation milestones.
  • Identify stakeholder impacts, change-readiness requirements, risks, dependencies, and potential barriers to successful implementation.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and practical approaches to address resistance, knowledge gaps, operational challenges, and adoption risks.
  • Establish adoption measures, progress indicators, feedback mechanisms, and success criteria to evaluate implementation effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with project leads and ministry stakeholders to align training activities, communications, operational requirements, and implementation timelines.
  • Monitor transition progress and recommend corrective actions or adjustments as required.
4. Training Development and Delivery
