Senior Business Analyst - Urgent Hiring!!

Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱140,000 per month

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, including at least 3 years in a senior-level role focused on IT solutions implementation and systems integration.

• Background in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.

• At least 5 years of experience in solution design and business process documentation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and application testing.

• Proven expertise in developing business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, workflow diagrams, and other project-related documentation.

• Strong capability in assessing vendor solution designs and ensuring alignment with approved business requirements and intended business objectives.

• Experience supporting enterprise workflow, case management, risk assessment, compliance, or similar business systems.

• Hands-on experience with data migration initiatives, including data mapping, data quality reviews, reconciliation, and migration testing.

• Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, data exchange processes, and enterprise technology platforms.

• Familiarity with ADB business operations, sovereign and nonsovereign projects, operational procedures, or integrity due diligence processes is an advantage.

• Proficient in using Azure DevOps for backlog management, iteration planning, user story creation, and related project documentation.

• Strong knowledge of project management and systems development life cycles (SDLC), with experience working in Agile environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of due diligence, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, adverse media screening, fraud risk management, compliance monitoring, and related regulatory processes is highly desirable.

• Understanding of risk assessment frameworks, compliance solutions, workflow automation platforms, and analytics tools is a plus.

• Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft collaboration and productivity tools, including SharePoint and Teams.
