We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major, multi-year business transformation program focused on redesigning the future operating model, business processes, policies and customer journeys across a complex organisation.

This is not a traditional technology-focused BA role. We are looking for someone with strong experience in business transformation, operating model design, process improvement and stakeholder engagement who can work confidently in a complex environment and help shape the future state.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and design of current and future-state business processes, operating models and process taxonomies.

• Conduct user research and stakeholder engagement, identifying key personas, customer journeys, pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and validate journey maps, service blueprints and process documentation to support business transformation.

• Assess existing business processes, policies and operational assets, identifying gaps, duplication and opportunities for redesign.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders to influence outcomes, challenge existing ways of working and support the transition towards the future operating model.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex business transformation or reform programs.

• Proven expertise in business process design, process mapping, process taxonomy and operating model development.

• Strong capability in user research, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting and identifying process pain points.

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the resilience to work through challenging or resistant stakeholders.

• Experience working in complex, highly regulated or unionised environments; public sector experience and exposure to HCM transformation will be highly regarded.
