We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support UKG Pro and Workday Time & Attendance and Payroll implementations. This role requires deep expertise across payroll, workforce management, industrial relations, requirements gathering and solution delivery.

Description
- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design activities.
- Facilitate workshops with HR, Payroll, Finance and operational stakeholders.
- Analyse and document complex payroll, time and attendance requirements.
- Translate awards, enterprise agreements and employment conditions into system rules.
- Support configuration, integrations, testing, UAT and payroll parallel runs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, risks and solution gaps.
- Partner with implementation vendors and technical teams to resolve issues.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on UKG Pro and Workday implementations.
- Strong expertise in Time & Attendance and Payroll processes.
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end payroll operations.
- Detailed knowledge of Australian Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional design and testing.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience delivering complex transformation or technology programmes.
