Join Trumia’s commercial team as a Senior Business Development Manager. On this role, you will lead the commercial growth by driving revenue, expanding into new markets, and developing strategic partnerships across the fintech and payments ecosystem. You’ll nurture client relationships through tailored, value-driven solutions, and collaborate closely with the CEO to design and execute commercial strategies aligned with Trumia’s vision and regulatory framework.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition, partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Collaborate across departments – Operations, Product, and Marketing – to align business objectives and client outcomes.
  • Establish inbound and outbound lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide visibility and reporting on sales performance and pipeline development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Generate client proposals and pricing strategies that drive satisfaction and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Trumia at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
  • Deep commercial experience encompassing revenue and costs.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
