Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Salary: ₱65,000 – ₱70,000 per month

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-driven Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform marketing, customer, and operational data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth.
This role serves as the analytical bridge between Marketing, CRM, Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Management, delivering comprehensive business intelligence across customer acquisition, digital marketing performance, customer lifecycle, operational efficiency, revenue optimization, and business forecasting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable reporting frameworks, developing executive dashboards, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing marketing and operational performance, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines.

• A master's degree is an advantage.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or related analytical roles.

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Internet Platform, SaaS, or Technology industries is highly preferred.

Job Conditions :

Employment: Full-time | Probationary to Regular

Work Setup: On-site at Cebu Business Park, Cebu City

Relocation Support: Relocation package available for employees coming from outside Cebu

Schedule: 6 days per week, shifting
