Senior Business Strategy Manager
You will identify growth opportunities, solve complex business problems, and drive strategic initiatives across the Singapore business. You will analyze data, develop business cases and recommendations, communicate insights to senior stakeholders, own initiatives through implementation, and improve processes using automation and AI-enabled tools.
Responsibilities
- Leverage data, market intelligence, and commercial insights to identify growth opportunities
- Diagnose business challenges and operational inefficiencies
- Conduct structured analyses and develop data-driven business cases
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define success metrics
- Translate analyses into presentations, business cases, and commercial proposals
- Synthesize data into concise narratives
- Own strategic initiatives from conceptualization through measurable outcomes
- Lead cross-functional execution
- Improve business processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable operating models
Requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Proficiency working with data
- Strong strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Proven operational execution experience
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or high-growth technology environments highly regarded
- Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus
