Key Responsibilities

1. Process & Methodology Development

• Design, implement, and continuously improve global purchasing processes
• Define and maintain standardized procurement methodologies across regions
• Lead digitalization and automation initiatives within procurement (e.g., negotiation bot, e-sourcing, supplier portals, analytics tools).

1. Tools & Systems Management

• Own and optimize procurement tools (e.g., ERP, spend analytics platforms).
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure tool integration and usability.
• Train and support purchasing teams globally on tool usage and best practices.

1. Risk Management

• Develop and maintain a global supplier risk management framework.
• Monitor geopolitical, financial and operational risks affecting the supply base.
• Propose risk mitigation strategies including dual sourcing, supplier audits, and contingency planning.

1. Sustainability Integration

• Promote and implement sustainable procurement practices across the supply chain
• Support corporate sustainability goals

1. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure purchasing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support audits and assessments related to procurement processes.
