Aptino is hiring a Senior C# Backend Developer in Quebec, Canada to build and optimize backend/server-side and standalone desktop applications. The core stack is C#/.NET with SQL Server, gRPC, NHibernate, WinForms, WCF, and REST APIs, with a performance-tuning focus; finance/trading domain knowledge is a plus.
We are looking for a Senior C# Backend Developer with strong expertise in backend/server-side or standalone desktop application development.
- SQL / SQL Server and application optimization
- Experience identifying and refactoring performance bottlenecks
- Strong understanding of .NET internals and API architecture
- Git and source control
- Experience with gRPC, NHibernate, WinForms, WCF, REST APIs & Swagger
- Finance/Trading experience with FX, Rates, Fixed Income or Structured Products is a plus
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
