Senior Change Manager - Investment/Wealth - 12 month Day Rate Contract
My client, a leader in the Australian Investment space, is currently seeking an experienced hands-on Senior Change Manager to join them for an initial 12 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension. The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end change delivery across a number of BAU and project initiatives, across technology and the business. The role will be responsible for a range of change responsibilities including project communications, change frameworks, change uplifts & org change initiatives.

The requirements:
· Strong experience in Change Management in a 'change advisory' type of role - ability to adapt across different BAU and project initiatives
· Strong Communications experience
· Strong experience across end-to-end change delivery experience, from Change Impact Analysis to business planning, change framework, change uplifts and org change
· Financial Services/Investment/Super/Wealth Management domain experience (highly regarded)
· Excellent stakeholder management skills including business stakeholders, leadership and executive level
· Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, environments with diverse stakeholder groups
· PROSCI certification (highly advantageous)
· Project Management certifications highly advantageous
