Position Overview
As Senior / Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Tiffany style. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand. You will proactively outreach to Clients in order to achieve/support individual and team goals.
Key Accountabilities

- Demonstrate thoughtfulness, curiosity and optimism: a Senior / Client Advisor is a passionate brand ambassador seeking to provide genuine and personalized Tiffany Touch during every client interaction.
- Focus on Client Experience Behaviors aligned with luxury standards and Tiffany style.
- Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and take action, organizing Private Appointments both inside and out of the store and proactively prospecting new clients through his/her network.
- Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty.
- Partner with Store management team and Headquarter CRM and Client Relations to work on the care and development of VIC.
- Participate in local and international High Jewelry events of the brand.
- Resolve client and peers concerns leveraging judgment and thorough knowledge of policy, procedure and guidelines.
- Demonstrate sales leadership; Capture client data during interactions to cultivate new and existing clients , work on BIOs, strategically building up key information to feed client book and ad hoc outreach action plan to develop a lifetime relationship.
- Drive business through key product pillars. Strong focus on Diamond Expertise & High Jewelry Sales.
- Respect Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior at all time.
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the luxury retail. Previous experience in jewelry is an appreciated plus.
- Passion to enjoy time with clients, both in store and in special occasions out of the store.
- Empathy, ability to create strong connection and loyal relations with clients.
- Flexibility and strong problem solving skills
- Fluent in Italian, English (a third language is considered an appreciated plus)
For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position starts from 30.000 €. This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs. This role is also eligible for bonuses, subject to Tiffany's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.

This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNLTerziario, Distribuzione e Servizi) applicable to the role and applied by Tiffany & Co. in Italy.

Required Qualifications
- Must currently hold authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
- 3-5 years of prior retail/retail operations experience with comprehensive knowledge of stock and store operations, visual merchandising, after sales and administration
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating client relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Passion for the Brand
- Organized, detail oriented and have a professional attitude plus interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs and providing a commercial mindset
- Responsibility and ownership
Preferred
- Previous jewellery retail experience preferred
- Previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or equivalent Graduate Gemologist degree course work
- Proficiency in other languages
