1. NTT Solutions Client Manager is responsible for Achieve sales target while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
2.To introduce NTT Solutions's portfolio of solutions and services to achieve a high share-of-wallet in the account
3.To identify sales opportunities and develop sales strategy that will lead to a strong pipeline and high win rate
4.To develop strategy to penetrate new competitive account or business areas dominated by the competitor
5.Establish and maintain a strong relationship with key decision-makers in the accounts being managed
6.To collaborate with client services team to resolve any client satisfaction issue
