NOTICE OF JOB OPPORTUNITY
TITLE: Senior Client Partner
Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities. Partner with internal and client cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives. Ensure that Company’s clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service. Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies, client data and tell stories with this data while having the ability to own a room. Create, own, and execute the strategic approach for each account in the assigned book of business with the intent to simultaneously unlock and elevate each relationship. Update clients on Snapchat products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices. Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements across the marketing funnel, from impressions to clicks, conversion rates, installs and cost per install. Communicate and evolve a client’s way of thinking to mirror success on Snap according to the Playbook & Planning Principals, while also balancing client goals. Ensure strong health of the client relationships, identifying gaps where we do not have advocates, and asking for internal support to elevate Snapchat with clients under this book.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or closely related field plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered, as an Account Executive and/or Account Manager and/or Campaign Manager in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge and/or experience in:
• Social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
• Marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and online advertising experience.
• Understanding of advertising performance metrics across the marketing funnel from impressions to clicks, conversion rates, installs and cost per install impact.
• Experience in data analysis of advertising performance metrics via aggregating and interpreting a variety of data sources to extract insights that can be used to better inform future media buying decisions.
• Experience in presenting and communicating with agencies and brand partners.
• Experience building relationships with advertising agencies and brand marketers.
• Experience engaging and partnering with C-Level executives.
• Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
• Understanding of the Retail category.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.

OTHER: Job Site: Snap Inc., 2772 Donald Douglas Loop North, Santa Monica, CA 90405. *Hybrid work permitted – Snap practices a “default together” approach and expects our team members to work in the Santa Monica, CA office at least 80% of the time (an average of 4 days per week). 40 hours/week.
