Senior Cloud Engineer I - AWS, CI/CD & Security

Docebo is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer I to own and evolve the resilient cloud infrastructure powering our global SaaS platform. You will design, deploy, and optimize compute, networking, storage, and security with IaC, ensuring scalable, secure delivery for millions of learners.

You will collaborate with Product Engineering and SRE teams, improve observability with Datadog, and drive reliability and automation across the stack in a hybrid work environment.

Architect the future: end-to-end cloud infra changes across compute, networking, storage, and security using IaC tools. Streamline deployments: maintain high-performing CI/CD pipelines with reliable releases. Automate day-2 operations for provisioning, deprovisioning, backups, and maintenance. Champion reliability: build Datadog dashboards, alerts, and runbooks with fast root-cake resolution. Guard system integrity: perform patching and maintain FedRAMP security procedures. Collaborate with Product Eng and SRE to launch new services and share best practices. 5+ years of hands-on cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering experience. Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python; Git workflows. Experience with AWS core production services and CI/CD tooling.
