Senior Cloud Engineer

Location- Kallang (Completely Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Azure infrastructure across development, testing and production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for repeatable and secure deployments.
• Configure Azure networking, identity, access control, compute, storage and security.
• Collaborate with application and DevSecOps teams on deployments, testing and production releases.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support monitoring, backup, disaster recovery and cost optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with cloud architecture, security and governance standards.
• Support security reviews, operational readiness and audit requirements.
• Work on-site and collaborate with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud engineering, infrastructure or platform operations, including production workloads.
• Proven experience delivering cloud-native projects from setup to deployment and operational handover.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, networking, identity, security, monitoring, backup and recovery.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, cloud automation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Azure governance, cost optimisation, access control and compliance.
• Ability to assess vendor solutions, identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Go or Bash for automation.
