Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the full daily operation of the club
- Driving membership growth, retention, and overall profitability
- Managing budgets, financial performance, and operational costs
- Leading and developing departmental management teams
- Ensuring exceptional member service and guest experiences
- Overseeing health, safety, and operational compliance
- Managing staff performance, training, and recruitment
- Driving sales, marketing, and member engagement initiatives
- Maintaining high standards across all facilities and departments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a luxury health club, fitness club, hospitality, or similar environment
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen
- Strong people management and communication abilities
