Senior Consultant - SAP-SAP FIORI - ODATA

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting SAP Fiori applications and ODATA services. Your expertise in SAPUI5/Fiori frontend development and backend ODATA service development using SAP Gateway and ABAP will be instrumental in creating enterprise-level SAP solutions. • Lead and mentor a team of SAP FIORI - ODATA developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and develop SAP Fiori applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient backend integration.
• Create and optimize ODATA services using SAP Gateway and ABAP, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices and standards for SAPUI5/Fiori development, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FIORI and ODATA services, providing timely solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions.
• Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy maintenance of the systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to junior team members.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAPUI5/Fiori frontend development and ODATA service development.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Gateway and ABAP, with a strong understanding of backend service development.
• Experience in leading and managing SAP FIORI - ODATA projects, demonstrating successful delivery of enterprise-level solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in SAPUI5/Fiori development frameworks and tools, including UI5, Fiori Launchpad, and OData services.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP FIORI and ODATA services is an advantage.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in SAPUI5/Fiori development and SAP Gateway are highly desirable.
• A proven track record of successful SAP FIORI - ODATA implementations and a portfolio of relevant projects.
