Project Info: ACCIONA is delivering the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant in Perth, as part of the Alkimos Seawater Alliance with Water Corporation and Jacobs. The $2.8 billion plant will supply 50 billion litres of drinking water a year, growing to 100 billion litres in a future stage, securing long-term water supply for millions of Western Australians.

About the Opportunity: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Contracts Administrator supports the Commercial team on the Alkimos Seawater Alliance to implement and continuously improve the project's procurement process, ensuring early identification of opportunities. You will compile and execute subcontract agreements, manage subcontractor and supplier payments, maintain a register of contract variations, and build strong relationships with project stakeholders to protect the Alliance's commercial position.

  • Compile and execute subcontractor agreements

  • Maintain register of subcontract variations
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with contract terms
  • Support project team on subcontract management
  • Build strong relationships with project stakeholders
  • Attend pre-start meetings during project delivery

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce or relatable field of study
  • Experience in contracts administration on construction projects
  • Quantity Surveying background desirable
  • Construction Induction Training (White Card)
  • Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
