Senior Credit Audit and Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Credit Audit and Compliance Analyst to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in credit audit and compliance, particularly in relation to RBI regulations and inspections. This role is critical in ensuring that our credit operations adhere to the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough audits of credit operations to ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal policies. - Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to senior management. - Collaborate with various departments to implement corrective actions based on audit results. - Stay updated on changes in RBI regulations and assess their impact on current credit operations. - Assist in the preparation for RBI inspections and ensure all necessary documentation is in order. - Provide training and guidance to junior staff on compliance and audit processes. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of credit audit processes and compliance requirements. - Familiarity with RBI regulations and the ability to interpret and apply them effectively. - Experience with RBS tranche and RAR methodologies. - Proficiency in using audit management software and tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations.
