Senior CSA Engineer-5 Days [SL]

• Senior Engineer (CSA – Civil/Structural/Architectural) responsible for overseeing technical aspects of the construction project to ensure quality, compliance, and efficient execution.
• Involves coordinating with design teams, supervising site activities, and supporting project management in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP engineers to resolve technical and design issues.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Assist with construction sequencing, method statements, and temporary works planning.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report issues to management.
• Support cost control by reviewing materials, workmanship, and variation claims.
• Mentor junior engineers and site staff.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical input for project decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
