Senior Customer Activation Manager Scaled

You will own onboarding and activation for a high-volume portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers, lead structured onboarding conversations, educate customers on Ramp functionality, recommend products based on workflows, resolve blockers with product and engineering, use customer data to prioritize outreach, improve scalable processes, share feedback, and coach peers.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and activation for micro-SMB and micro-MM customers
  • Drive customers to full Ramp adoption within 60 days
  • Lead structured onboarding calls
  • Educate customers on Ramp functionality and workflows
  • Position Cards, Bill Pay, Travel, Treasury, and Accounting integrations
  • Understand customer workflows and blockers
  • Problem-solve with Product, Engineering, and Support
  • Prioritize outreach using customer data
  • Identify customer risk
  • Improve onboarding processes
  • Surface customer feedback
  • Influence roadmap priorities
  • Share insights and coach peers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing B2B SaaS role
