Senior Cybersecurity Consultant - AI Security & Digital Trust (m/f/d)

Senior cybersecurity consultant advising clients on secure AI adoption, cloud security, and compliance with EU regulations like NIS2 and AI Act.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to help clients strengthen their cybersecurity posture while enabling secure digital transformation and AI adoption. In this client-facing role, you will combine strategic advisory, security architecture, compliance expertise, and pre-sales support to deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions across industries.
- Advise clients on cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and cyber resilience.
- Design and review secure cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architectures.
- Lead AI Security Governance and Secure AI Adoption initiatives.
- Support compliance with European cybersecurity regulations, including NIS2, DORA, CRA, EU AI Act, and GDPR.
- Conduct security assessments, client workshops, and executive presentations.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Identify business opportunities and build trusted client relationships.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, security architecture, or advisory.
- Strong expertise in cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP), security architecture, IAM, Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and risk management.
- Experience with AI Security Governance and European cybersecurity regulations.
- Proven customer-facing consulting and pre-sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
- At least two industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, Microsoft, AWS, ISO 27001).
- Business-fluent language proficiency in German and English are mandatory, given the client-facing nature of this role in the DACH region.
