Senior D365 Finance & Supply Chain Lead (EU, Remote)

North Technology Group seeks a senior D365 Finance & Operations professional to own the group’s D365 F&O platform across Europe and beyond. You will lead functional design, drive implementations and rollouts, and manage vendor partners while acting as the primary escalation point for finance systems across many entities.

Own the D365 Finance & Supply Chain roadmap, configuration, and release management across all NTG entities. Manage the environment lifecycle through Lifecycle Services and the Power Platform admin center, including updates and testing. Act as the group's enabler for new platform capability; evaluate and adopt where beneficial. Lead functional workstreams for onboarding new entities and chart of accounts alignment. Drive compliance for EU invoicing, tax localizations, and edoc framework. Design and govern integrations between D365 and in-house systems and automation tooling. Support month-end and year-end close from a systems perspective. Manage Microsoft and ISV partner relationships and licensing costs. Build a core D365 service function with standards and support processes. Translate finance requirements into clear functional designs and advocate standard solutions. Present status, risks, and options to CIO, CFO, and General Managers. 8+ years in D365 F&O or AX 2012 functional roles. At least 3 years leading workstreams or teams. Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, and intercompany in D365. Experience with EU electronic invoicing and localization rollout. Experience multi-entity, multi-currency environments across several countries. Strong integration knowledge: Data Management Framework, OData, Dataverse, and middleware. Excellent English communication with senior finance stakeholders. Right to work in the EU or UK. Manufacturing or supply chain module experience. European tax reporting and real-time reporting requirements. Additional European languages (French, Italian, German, Spanish). Experience directing offshore or shared services support teams.
