The Role

As a Senior Data & AI Consultant, you will act as a core technical leader and trusted advisor. You will bridge the gap between complex client business/clinical needs and scalable, production-grade Data & AI architectures. You will lead the design and execution of data platforms, advanced analytics pipelines, GenAI workflows, and autonomous agentic systems that drive measurable impact in health tech.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of modern data platforms, data pipelines, and scalable AI solutions tailored for enterprise healthcare environments.
GenAI & Agentic Systems Development: Architect and deploy Generative AI applications, RAG pipelines, and autonomous Agentic AI workflows (multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling frameworks, and self-correcting logic) for complex clinical and operational domain tasks.
Health Data Standardization: Architect and execute data transformation strategies using healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., OHDSI OMOP CDM, HL7 FHIR).
Client & Stakeholder Consulting: Act as a key technical advisor to executive and clinical leadership, translating high-level business goals into robust AI/Data specifications, product roadmaps, and PoCs.
Technical Leadership & MLOps: Establish best practices for LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, agentic workflow monitoring, data governance, and secure AI deployment.

What We Are Looking For

Core Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Applied AI/Machine Learning, with proven client-facing consulting experience.

AI & Machine Learning Focus (Highly Preferred):

Practical expertise in Generative AI architecture (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures).
Direct experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom tool-calling agents) for multi-step reasoning and automated decision-making.
Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices (prompt management, model evaluation, monitoring guardrails, and latency optimization).

Modern Data Stack: Deep proficiency in SQL, Python, enterprise data warehousing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Data Standards & Interoperability: Strong understanding of or direct experience with healthcare data models (such as OHDSI OMOP CDM, HL7 FHIR, or ICD-10/SNOMED CT) is highly preferred.

Software & Automation Ecosystem

Experience with modern workflow orchestration tools, developer platforms, and automation engine stacks (e.g., n8n, Supabase, vector indices, API integrations).
Strong grasp of data privacy, healthcare compliance, and secure/governed AI deployment.

Soft Skills

Exceptional analytical and architectural problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to articulate complex AI concepts (including agentic behaviors and LLM constraints) clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
Adaptable, self-driven, and excited to innovate at the forefront of digital health.
