Senior Data & AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Engineer with strong expertise in data engineering, cloud data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML. The role involves designing scalable data solutions, developing ETL/ELT pipelines, supporting AI/ML initiatives, and contributing to GCP-to-Azure migration and Azure data platform implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and integration solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes, data models, and analytics workflows.
• Develop data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Azure Data Lake.
• Support AI/ML and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to GCP-to-Azure cloud migration projects and Azure data platform implementation.
• Perform data transformation, integration, quality, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, architects, and engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable data solutions.
• Support reporting and visualization requirements using Power BI and/or Tableau.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or a related field.

• Strong experience with:
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven experience in GCP-to-Azure migration or similar cloud migration initiatives.
• Understanding of AI/ML solutions and their integration with data platforms.
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, on-site environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with advanced analytics and AI/ML data pipelines.
• Exposure to Azure modernization and migration programs.
• Experience with both GCP and Azure data services.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and security practices.
