Job Title: Data Analyst (Senior Executive)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS/Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide
actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. This role involves managing and
optimizing MIS systems, generating accurate reports, and ensuring the integrity of organizational
data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management and Analysis:
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in datasets to support business decisions.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings effectively.
2. MIS Development and Maintenance:
Design, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for efficient
data collection and reporting.
Collaborate with Infra, Operations and other departments to enhance system functionality
and user experience.
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy and security.
3. Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor operational performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for
improvement.
¢ Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
¢ Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver
customized reports.
¢ Support senior management by providing data-driven insights and presentations.
¢ Train and support end-users in leveraging MIS tools and reports.
5. Compliance and Data Integrity:
¢ Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory data standards.
¢ Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
¢ Implement best practices for data governance and security.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business
Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related role.
Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases
(e.g., SQL, MySQL).
Hands-on experience with reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets,
Powerpoint).
Skills:
¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
¢ Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL is an advantage.
¢ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables,
VLOOKUP, macros).
¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Certifications:
¢ Relevant certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or MIS are preferred (e.g.,
Tableau Certification, Google Data Analytics Certificate).
