Senior Data Architect: Scalable Analytics & Cloud Strategy

InterEx Group is seeking an expert to architect scalable data processing and analytics solutions for big data storage and consumption. You will drive architectural discussions, define blueprints and standards, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver BI reporting and dashboards.

The role requires 5+ years in data engineering and 3+ years as a data architect, with deep hands-on experience in EDW, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Architect scalable data processing and analytics solutions for big data storage, processing, and consumption. Clearly articulate pros and cons of various technologies and platforms while proposing solutions. Lead architectural discussions and design workshops with internal stakeholders. Define architecture, blueprints/patterns, accelerators & interoperability standards. Define data security and data privacy standards for solutions. Drive the evolution of data architecture. Create technical documentation. Bachelor’s degree in STEM. 5+ years data engineering and 3+ years data architect experience. Extensive EDW, BI reporting and dashboard development experience. Knowledge of data lake/lakehouse architectures and NoSQL storage. Strong SQL and scripting skills. Experience in data governance and data security practices. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
