Senior Data Engineer - AWS HR Data Platform & Governance

Swisscom (Schweiz) AG is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to build and operate scalable HR data pipelines on our AWS-native Data Platform. You will implement ingestion, transformation, and governance across datasets, leveraging Python, PySpark, SQL, AWS Glue, and dbt.

You will ensure reliable operations with automated data quality controls, monitoring, and security, while shaping engineering standards and mentoring colleagues. A hybrid work setup with flexibility to work from home is offered.
