What you'll do

  • Design and maintain data pipelines using Python and Dagster to advance our AI initiatives.
  • Build and manage data marts within BigQuery utilizing SQL, Jinja, and DBT.
  • Develop reporting dashboards for the organization using Tableau.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define technical specifications and meet data requirements.
  • Maintain data availability, security, and quality while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and DBT.
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau or Metabase.
  • Practical knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform stack.
  • Familiarity with functional data domains including Finance, Sales, Product, and Web Analytics.
  • Experience using coding assistants like Cursor or Claude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with AI products or Vertex AI.
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulatory standards.
