What you'll do
- Design and maintain data pipelines using Python and Dagster to advance our AI initiatives.
- Build and manage data marts within BigQuery utilizing SQL, Jinja, and DBT.
- Develop reporting dashboards for the organization using Tableau.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define technical specifications and meet data requirements.
- Maintain data availability, security, and quality while ensuring GDPR compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and DBT.
- Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau or Metabase.
- Practical knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform stack.
- Familiarity with functional data domains including Finance, Sales, Product, and Web Analytics.
- Experience using coding assistants like Cursor or Claude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI products or Vertex AI.
- Familiarity with GDPR regulatory standards.
