We're partnering with a fast-growing, ambitious business that's investing heavily in its data capability and looking for a Senior Data Engineer to take ownership of its modern data platform.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business where data is central to decision-making and where you'll have genuine influence over the technology, architecture, and future direction of the platform. Rather than inheriting a rigid environment, you'll be empowered to improve, optimise and shape the way data engineering is delivered.

SQLMesh / dbt
BigQuery
Why This Role?
Real ownership of an established cloud data platform
Significant influence on technical direction and best practice
Opportunity to work closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders
A fast-paced, collaborative environment where your impact is visible
Clear opportunity to develop leadership responsibilities as the data function grows
Freedom to help shape the role around your strengths and career ambitions
This is an opportunity to go beyond day-to-day engineering. You'll have the autonomy to influence architecture, improve the platform, work closely with stakeholders across the business, and play a key role in building out the data capability as it grows.
Perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, wants greater leadership exposure, and is looking for a role that can evolve with their ambitions.
